Own one of the cleanest and most unique widebody Z32 on the planet

For sale is one of a kind – a car I spent more than a year of my life to build – a 1990 Nissan 300zx Z32 Twin Turbo with custom made metal wide body, rear end, McLaren Papaya based pearl Orange paint job and brand new engine with just over 1000 miles.

Did you ever want to buy a 300zx but never found an unmolested one or heard horror stories about maintenance? This is your chance to own a Z32 that is pretty much a new car again and with many years of driving pleasure ahead without worrying about something to break down – everything is new!

I will do my best to describe it with as much details and honesty as possible, as I know the seller might not be around the corner and as a buyer I would not like bad surprises myself.

The reason for selling it? I had it for sale before, got two good offers quickly and didn’t sell it in the end. But now I will become father and I will leave to Asia for a year and do not have a secure place to store it and I am also not sure when I will return, so I rather find a new owner who appreciates classic cars and is looking for something unique and a head turner. I will NOT sell this car to some young kid with daddies money! The car will only be sold to a car enthusiast who will take care of it the same way I did, and won’t wrap it around the next tree thinking this is a drift car. 

Let’s start with some recent pictures, as this legend has gone through some heavy changes since I bought it from an old gentlemen, who had it stored in a garage for 15 years before I found and completely rebuilt it.

New Engine & Turbos

The engine, which was completely rebuilt at under 130.000 miles was still in perfect condition when inspected internally, with no wear to bearings or cylinders. It has now about 1000 miles on it with Nissan OEM parts or better quality parts. It was professionally machined and custom mounts were used to fit the brand new T28 turbos. Receipts are available. Most parts were ordered from Concept Z Performance. The engine alone has 5k invested.

Custom Metal Wide Body

In times where every car out there drives around with Frankenstein like bolt on body kits, I decided to do it clean and the entire rear was custom made in metal by a professional body shop including a relocated tank door for perfection. The rear end features a molded custom wing for low drag and a smooth styling. The car had a minor crash 3 weeks after the pain-job was done and has since been completely painted again in a custom McLaren based orange with a bit of yellow pearl.

What I'm looking for

This car has been WELL taken care of and a ton of money was invested, not to mention the work and sweat. Whats left to be done?

Only a few minor fixes I haven’t had the chance to finish yet. The turbos need smaller oil restrictors and one or two bushings could be replaced around the suspension. Small stuff that can be done in a few hours.
